The Institute’s “CA Lab – a content hub for professional accountants in a dynamic business environment” has won the Publication Excellence Award at the 2024 APEX Awards. The CA Lab microsite achieved recognition for its overall quality in the “Websites (entire site, including content and design)” category.
ISCA and the editorial team would like to express our sincere gratitude to our contributing writers and readers, and our members and stakeholders, who have played a part in our latest accolade, as well as in our previous awards.
We look forward to your continued support going forward. We will work hard to populate CA Lab so it becomes your go-to resource centre, packed with relevant and fit-for-purpose content.
The CA Lab microsite was launched in January 2024 as a new way for ISCA to connect with our members in the digital era. Just as the articles had done in our print and online journals, the CA Lab articles inform members of pertinent developments in accountancy and business both in Singapore and further afield, albeit in a more interactive way. “CA Listen: Sparkling Conversations”, for example, connects through the visual, aural and oral as it features exchanges with interesting personalities in podcasts and vodcasts. Members can listen to fascinating stories and experiences, and gain from the insightful perspectives of industry experts. The articles, arranged under different content pillars for ease of access, are shorter, uploaded frequently, and styled to inform, engage and entertain. These are all considerations to better serve the needs of today’s busy professionals.
